- Authentication information used for OTP, Google Sign-In, and account security.
- Rental information such as station, battery, timestamps, pricing, deposit, and settlement status.
- Device and app information such as push notification tokens, platform, locale, and app version.
- Location information when you use nearby station features or directions.
- Support and operations information when you contact support or when admins review rental issues.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To verify your identity and secure access with OTP and sign-in services.
- To start, monitor, settle, and complete rentals.
- To send push notifications such as deposit confirmation, settlement status, reminders, and alerts.
- To show nearby stations and support location-based rental flows.
- To prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and abuse of the service.
- To provide support, audit operations, and improve reliability.
3. Services and Providers We Use
- Firebase for authentication, OTP flows, Google Sign-In, and push notifications.
- Backend infrastructure and database providers to operate rentals, notifications, and admin workflows.
- Mapping or directions services when you open station directions.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the app, process authentication, host infrastructure, or support business operations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the platform, or our systems from fraud or abuse.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain rental history and operational records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform policies. Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, finance, auditing, or safety reasons even after account closure.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including authenticated access controls, role-based admin access, and security protections around authentication and notifications. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You may request account deletion or data deletion review through our support contact.
- You may disable push notifications from your device settings.
- You may choose whether to grant location permission.
- You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

chrgr is not directed to children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
